Adventure Pack

Lucy followed Bear around the Chautauqua today, climbing over all the boulders he climbed over and then jumping off of them the same way he did. Meanwhile, Ruffers and Nelly were hiking at my sides and sniffing along the edge of the trail. Ruffers still stuck close by when she was off leash, not falling behind to sniff the way she often does. Nelly nibbled a few blades of grass here and there, sprouting up through the bed of dead pine needles that carpeted everything in the area.

Variety Pack

Alfie, Lucy, Griff, Lumi, and Buddy walked Bear Creek Greenway this afternoon. Buddy dove into the first pile of dead leaves he crossed. He, Lumi, Griff, and Alfie all marked the big boulder by the basketball courts, while Lucy sniffed nearby. Well, Lumi didn't just mark it - he spent a good, long while emptying his bladder beside it. The others just left a little something so posterity would know they were there. During the return leg, Buddy was disturbed by a couple skateboarders who went by as we were walking, while the rest of the pack took them in stride.
