Tuesday Pack Activities
Adventure Pack
Carl and Racer had their noses to the ground for most of the hike. Griff scouted ahead, as usual, and Sputnik moseyed along on pace with me, Carl, and Racer. There were some very icy stretches of trail at Shanahan Ridge, despite the warmer weather we've recently had.
Variety Pack
Snow had started falling by the time Mamacita, Zoey, Ruffers, Rey, and Avo headed out for their afternoon walk on the Bear Creek Greenway. We hardly saw anyone else on the path today. Avo wasn't too thrilled to head out into the cold and snow, but she did okay once the walk started. She and Rey jumped around with each other in the field by the basketball courts, and a couple other times along the way. Even though Rey was eager to head out and having fun with Avo, she managed to look especially miserable in the wet snow when we stopped to take a photo. Mamacita, Zoey, and Ruffers all kept pace, trotting along in place while braving the elements. Everyone was rewarded for their tenacity with a small piece of jerky.
