Adventure Pack

Racer took nibbles from the thin layer of snow that blanketed the Chautauqua this morning. There weren't many other hikers out, so Griff and Sputnik enjoyed spending most of the time off leash together. Griff had a little more pep to his step, while Sputnik's lingering behind to sniff around reminded me of Ruffers.

Variety Pack

The snow from the morning was already melted by the time Mamacita, Zoey, Rey, and Avo headed to Bear Creek for our walk this afternoon. Rey and Avo became quite alert at the sight of other dogs we passed by, but I redirected their attentions to me and held their focuses with the help of some treats. There were a couple times along the way when Zoey insisted on making a stop, but then just stood and stared off at nothing in particular. Whether or not Zoey joined then, her packmates took those opportunities to sniff around in whatever area it had seemed Zoey was interested in.
