Tuesday Pack Activities (12/26/2023)
Adventure Pack
Griff, Alfie, Milo and Imogene headed to the Chautauqua today for a hike to Enchanted Mesa. Despite the cold weather, the trails were pretty busy - presumably because of the holiday season. Imogene found various sticks along the way and carried them along, chewing and chomping as she went. Alfie was very interested in Imogene's prize finds, and started seeking out his own sticks to flaunt. Griff and Milo left the sticks to their packmates and just hiked along dutifully at my sides. No sight of the pair of pigeons we had been encountering last week.
Variety Pack
Blu and Taco were very interested in the smells around Wonderland Lake this afternoon, and very insistent about pursuing them. Monkey joined in for a good bit of sniffing beside Taco, as well. Gidget was less scent-driven than her packmates. Everyone did a good job of pulling over and keeping their attentions on me as we let other dogs pass by us.
