Thursday Pack Activities (8/1/2024)
Adventure Pack
It was quite smokey today, so I kept the pack to a very slow pace along Boulder Creek. Racer and I each had a sneezing fit at one point during the walk. Arlo and Griff found satisfaction in kicking up dirt side-by-side after sniffing and marking spots together. Rey woofed back at a Chihuahua who barked at us as the dogs were climbing out of the water at Eben G. Fine Park. The rest of the pack didn't react as we stepped aside to let the Chihuahua and it's human and canine companions down to where we had just been enjoying the creek.
Variety Pack
Dylan and Lou did their belly-soaking routine together when we stopped at the water during this afternoon's stroll. After the water break, it took a minute to get everyone on course again because they all wanted to go in different directions to sniff along the creek bank. Blu, Gidget, and Carl all whined and yipped with excitement about a pair of dogs who were running around and playing keep-away with a stick at Eben G. Fine Park as we made our way back there at the end of the walk.
