Thursday Pack Activities (7/25/2024)
Adventure Pack
The pack got into Boulder Creek at Eben G. Fine Park, where Griff and Arlo were entertained watching people tubing by. Rey looked back over her shoulder after she climbed out of the water, when an overturned innertube resulted in squeals and shouts about the water being cold. Racer's focus was more proximal, as she chomped at the water and sniffed around the creek bank.
Variety Pack
Dylan and Lumi both lay in the water of Boulder Creek for as long as I was willing to keep us there. Carl and Archie both waded about while their packmates wallowed. Carl and Dylan were drawn by their noses to various spots along the way. Archie and Lumi joined in the sniffing some of the time; other times they left it to their packmates and instead just waited by my side. As usual, Archie got pretty worked up about each other dog we saw. The rest of the pack provided a calmer example for him to aspire to.
