Monday Pack Activities (8/5/2024)
Adventure Pack
Racer joined Arlo in kicking up some grass after they both peed by one of the big trees along the path through Eben G. Fine Park. When the dogs were all taking a dip in the creek, Arlo made some inviting play-bows that elicited pounces from Bear. Rey had been enjoying the water, but got out and observed from the stone steps when her packmates started splashing around. Racer was busy doing her own thing, poking around in the water and on the nearby boulders.
Variety Pack
Blu, Carl, Gidget, Alfie, Dylan, and Lou all strolled Boulder Creek Path this afternoon as storm clouds gathered overhead. Alfie stopped to sniff for a long time in one place, which left me surprised when he moved on without leaving his mark. Carl, on the other hand, was fastidious as usual in marking the way as frequently as he was allowed to do so. Blu took each stop as an opportunity to peruse and sample the greenery. Every so often, Dylan made a hard turn to check out an area that caught his interest. Lou and Gidget were more go-with-the-flow while their packmates had agendas. Our walk was punctuated with a loud roll of thunder as we made our way through Eben G. Fine Park and back to the packmobile.
