Monday Pack Activities (6/3/2024)
Adventure Pack
Ruffers and Sanni stayed pretty close as they roamed off leash on our way up Saddle Rock Trail. Bear and Rey were happy to follow them to the stream to cool off for a few minutes before making our ascent. Later on, Sanni did some shadow boxing while watching Bear and Rey run around the mountainside.
Variety Pack
Alfie and Lou kept wanting to stop and pull over to the grass and low brush beside Goose Creek Greenway and Boulder Creek Path during our afternoon stroll. We had nice cloud cover for most of the walk, but it felt a lot hotter when the sun came out for about 15 minutes near the end. Dylan has been keeping up well with his packmates since switching over to the less-strenuous afternoon strolls, and didn't request any stops. I squirted him with a bit of water to help him keep cooler when he refused to take a drink. Alfie and Lou also took a pass. Carl, on the other hand, was happy to lap up some water each time I offered it.
