Bonus Pack

Johnathan, Beard, Mrs. Miggins, and Roger Roger took a stroll to Wonderland Lake this morning. Johnathan, Mrs. Miggins, and Roger Roger all walked very nicely together. Beard wasn't very interested in walking on pace with the others, and kept rushing ahead every few steps for pretty much the entire time. Roger Roger and Beard were both very curious about a couple robins who appeared to be searching for worms in the grass a short distance ahead of us at one point.

Adventure Pack

Bear and Rey were happy to greet a couple dogs who came up from behind us with their jogging humans at Kohler Mesa this morning. Later on, Ruffers wandered over and sniffed hello with a pair of dogs that included an old, graying Australian Shepherd. I had called Tozai back before they came through, since he was in a pretty rambunctious mood. He poked and prodded at Rey a bit during his off-leash time, and then got a stick and flaunted it in front of his packmates.

Variety Pack

Carl, Alfie, Dylan, Lumi, and Lou enjoyed walking Goose Creek Greenway this afternoon. There were a few prairie dogs out. Carl, Alfie, and Lumi perked up at them. Alfie couldn't help himself and pounced in the direction of one who chirped at us from its mound as we passed by. The pack wanted to stop and sniff around a tree trunk near another tree that was filled with noisy blackbirds. They were all singing at the same time, creating quite the cacophony; then, in an instant, they all simultaneously went quiet. The dogs did not seem as curious about the birds as I was. We stopped here and there along the way, with Lumi usually being the one to initiate the pause while Carl, Dylan, or Alfie would be the first to start sniffing. Lou and Lumi then followed up after their packmates, to take in the scents. Near the end of our walk, we encountered another interesting bird who was zipping about on land; none of the dogs took notice.
