Friday Pack Activities (8/23/2024)
Adventure Pack
Lumi, Lou, and Yoshi all waded in Silver Lake Ditch while Lucy lay down with her front paws hanging off a log over the water. She and Yoshi perked up to sniff another dog who passed by on the bridge. They both behaved themselves pretty well when we saw other dogs throughout the hike. Yoshi pulled a bit but didn't make a fuss, and Lucy stayed right at my side. Lumi and Lou also kept chill, as they both typically do.
Variety Pack
A big thunderstorm hit east Boulder just as the pack arrived at Valmont Park to walk Goose Creek Greenway. Ruffers crawled down into the footwell behind the front seats with Carl, to hide from the angry sky god. We waited it out a bit before we took a rain check on that location, and instead headed to Boulder Creek Path where it turned out to be completely dry. Carl made sure the pack stopped at all of his favorite trees in Eben G. Fine Park. Ruffers, Lumi, and Yoshi were all happy to sniff and mark along with him.
