Friday Pack Activities (4/25/2025)

Adventure Pack

Tozai and Lucy ran wild when they were off leash together. Eventually, Lucy came back over to the pack and Tozai got some practice with the concept of home base. When Tozai went back on leash, Lucy's attention turned to following her nose in a manner similar to Wednesday. Yoshi was more visually oriented as he tried to tune into what had grabbed Lucy's attention. On the way back, Lou and Tozai stopped to get a drink from the stream before crossing it. The trails were a bit muddy, and the dogs were damp from the steady, light drizzle that was coming down.

Variety Pack

Rey, Lumi, Alfie, Yoshi, Dylan, Milo, Carl, and Ruffers all walked Goose Creek Greenway with a hand from Jen this afternoon. The light, misty precipitation continued through the afternoon. Dylan was happy about the cool, damp weather, and hardly panted at all during the walk. He walked alongside Ruffers and Carl, with Jen. Ruffers stopped whenever their group got ahead while I was picking up one or another pack member's poop. Rey and Carl were not especially thrilled with the damp weather. The rest of the pack were unbothered. Yoshi and Lumi did some face-chomping with each other before the walk. Alfie and Milo also played beforehand, which mostly consisted of Alfie lounging and tossing his head around while Milo used his snout to jab at him.
