Adventure Pack

Sanni and Tozai were very happy to see each other when Tozai hopped into the packmobile this morning. Sanni was less sure of Lucy and Lou as she grumbled nervously, on and off, until we got to the Chautauqua and started the hike. Sanni and Lucy both wanted to veer off the trail and into the snow frequently. Lou took her time poking along behind me, while Tozai walked right at my side. Everybody stopped at the stream, despite the chilly, wet weather. Tozai and Lucy had a blast racing through the snowy fields.

Variety Pack

Sno was coming down pretty heavily when the pack set out at Martin Park this afternoon. Alfie and Lumi got really into the snow about halfway through the walk, and started flopping, rolling, and leaping around with each other. Carl seemed interested in what they were up to, but kept a safe distance to avoid being trampled. I think Dylan and Ruffers were both happy about the cooler weather, but less thrilled with the wet, quickly-melting snow.
